I was a fan of A DOT before he dropped this, but IMO, this one set him apart as a truly versatile EMCEE. Side B is a brand new joint recorded especially for inclusion on one of his fortFives and here we go! For this one, the blocSonic crew pulled out all the stops and made something special happen. Featuring Donnie Ozone, CM aka Creative, Marcus J(sadly, his final recorded verse), C-Doc, cheese, Pot-C and BadluckPosse On Bloc is some of that ol’ BOOM BAP shit. As the name suggests it’s a classic posse cut in the spirit of Marley Marl’sThe Symphony.
